Tai Chi is characterised by slow, flowing movements that develop awareness of posture and body position.  It loosens the joints and reduces muscle tension whilst increasing inner strength and vitality.  Tai Chi promotes a sense of calm relaxation and enhances general well being.

The sessions include silk reeling, stepping and some Qi Gong exercises.

Qi Gong is an ancient system of health enhancing exercises that are often prescribed by doctors in China to aid their patient's recovery from illness.
