Our objectives are to look at all forms of digital equipment from computers to smart phones, tablets, TVs, Alexa devices and the so called internet of things (IOT).
As a general rule, the format for each meeting is to have a short presentation on some particular topic followed by a general discussion with questions and answers. Recently it was internet security, the end of Windows 10 in October 2025, and Artificial Intelligence. Notes on anything of interest discussed are sent out to all members after the meeting.
New members, beginners or experienced, are most welcome as is anyone who just wants a one-off session to solve a problem. The ethos of the group is we help one another.
