2001 ~ 2026
This year is the Silver Jubilee of u3a Evesham & District. The very first groups began in November 2001 and we have now grown to over 1250 members with over 90 interest groups. A real achievement and worth celebrating! So we are busy organising some events to celebrate our success. We hope you will all join in! Could your group think of a way to celebrate and maybe share your talents and skills with others?
2001-2026 u3a Archive
We need your help. We are forming an archive of photos and memories from the very early days right up to 2026 for a special Silver Jubilee edition of the Newsletter. Please send any photos or memories to Bärbel Wolstencroft, Newsletter Editor, via the email link below.
Notes for sending photos and memories:
- You cannot attach pictures or documents to the contact form, but you can attach them to the email when Bärbel replies.
- Please ensure the pictures are free from copyright. The photographer and the people in the picture must give permission.
- If you have printed photographs, we can scan them for you. Give them to a committee member at a monthly meeting. Please put them in an envelope FAO 'Bärbel Wolstencroft 25 years', with your name on the envelope to ensure we know who to return them to.
- Please give names, group, dates and event details.
- Your stories can be put straight into the email or in a Word document. Include names, group, dates and event details.
